We start at 10 units for bulk orders, which qualifies your team for the Starter discount and our full custom ASL design service at no additional cost.
Q Can we add our organization's name or logo?
Absolutely — we combine your school, company, or organization name with ASL sign language designs and custom setup is free on every bulk order we fulfill.
Q Do you offer NET 30 invoicing?
Yes, for orders of 50 units or more we issue formal invoices with NET 30 payment terms to accommodate the institutional billing processes of universities, hospitals, and corporations.
Q How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days after order approval and rush production at 7 days is available for an additional fee if your timeline requires it.
Q What products can we customize?
Our full catalog is open for bulk orders including t-shirts, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and select accessories and we will help you identify the best fit for your group.
Q Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes — Deaf-led nonprofits and advocacy organizations receive a 20% discount on all orders regardless of size and you simply mention your organization when you fill out the inquiry form.
